Prices in US dollars, the same in every country; tax is added where the law requires it. Billing is not live yet, so every workspace starts on the free trial.
What fills the storage
The previews of each project, the finished JPEGs, the client galleries and their ZIP files. The RAW files sitting on your own drive don't count.
The app nudges you at 70% and again at 90%. At 100% a new gallery waits until you clear some space, add 100 GB for $4 a month, or move up a plan. Galleries already out with clients stay up, and there is no surprise overage bill.
A gallery stays open for six months unless you choose another date, and you can extend it whenever a couple comes back late for their downloads. Thirty days after it closes we delete the gallery copies to free the space; your edited photos stay in the project.

AI credit
Culling and editing run on your computer and cost nothing extra. The optional AI steps (the tie-break for close bursts, creative retouches, a style written from a description) cost us money per call, so each plan comes with some AI credit to spend on them.
The monthly credit starts again on the first day of each month (UTC) and unused credit does not carry over. The free trial gets $1 once. If you need more, the workspace owner buys a pack of $5, $10 or $25. Bought credit never expires and is used after the monthly credit.
The owner can give each project an AI allowance, for example up to $3 for one wedding, and give each team member a monthly limit. An allowance is a limit, not money set aside, so credit a project doesn't use stays available to the others.

Before you pick a plan
Why not charge per photo?
Because the per-photo work happens on your own Mac. Billing you for it would be billing you for your own electricity. What costs us money is storage and the paid steps you say yes to, so that is what the price follows.
Who needs a seat?
Anyone who culls, edits or reviews: owners, second shooters doing their own selects, editors. Clients who only look at a gallery are free. A pending invite holds a seat until it is accepted or revoked.
What happens when the trial ends?
Today, nothing. Billing isn't switched on. Before it is, we will publish exactly what the end of a trial means for your projects and galleries.
Can the paid extras run away with my card?
No. Paid steps only use the AI credit in your workspace, and every price is shown before anything runs. Each new project starts with a $1 AI allowance, which the owner can change in Project settings. A paid step that doesn't fit what is left doesn't run. Buying a pack is always your choice; billing is not live yet, so packs are added without payment for now.
