From a sorted folder to a delivered gallery
CullTone takes a shoot all the way to the client. It culls the card into Keep, Review and Archive with a reason for each photo, edits the keepers, checks them and publishes a gallery your client can open on a phone.

One project, start to finish
Put the card in and the first decisions appear within seconds. Every photo gets Keep, Review or Archive, and the reason sits beside it: eyes closed, motion blur, a better frame in the same burst. The same files always give the same piles. Nothing is deleted.
The keepers go on into the edit with one of 54 looks, or a style CullTone learns from your Lightroom catalogs. Then the quality check, then the gallery. No exporting, no second upload.
Our pick: CullTone. A sorted folder is only the start of the job, and CullTone carries on to edited photos, a quality check and a client gallery on the same plan.
Excire in brief
Excire sells Excire Foto 2027, a local photo manager for Windows 11 and macOS 12 or later, and Excire Search 2026, a plugin for Lightroom Classic. Both are one-time purchases. The listed tools are quick culling, a Survey View, an aesthetic score, sharpness checks and keywording for search. For studios there is an Office Edition, from the third user at €19.90 per user a month or €99 per user a year.
A studio on one bill
A team of 5 on CullTone Team pays $49 a month, all seats included, and every project carries the cull, the edit, the check and the gallery. When the second shooter's cards come in, CullTone groups bursts and near-duplicates across cameras and fixes the camera clock offset, so the whole day reads in the order it happened and the team culls one story instead of several folders.
Before you switch: CullTone runs on Macs with Apple silicon, and Windows is not available yet. We're in private beta, and billing isn't live. See the reasons CullTone gives on the culling page.
