Cull every shoot without counting them
CullTone has no shoot allowance. Load the card from a Saturday wedding, a Tuesday headshot session or a weekend of sport, and every frame is sorted into Keep, Review or Archive with the reason beside it, as often as you like, on the same flat plan that also edits the keepers and delivers the gallery.
What a switch gives you
A cull you can read
Eyes closed, motion blur, a sharper frame in the same burst: every decision says why. Bursts from several cameras are grouped together, with camera clocks lined up. Culling runs on your Mac and is free.
Edits in the same pass
Choose one of 54 looks, or on Pro let CullTone learn your style from Lightroom catalogs or XMP files. Edits start from your camera's own colour, and the preview matches the export.
A gallery in the plan
Send the client favourites, approvals, redo requests and ZIP downloads from the same app. You set the expiry date. Nothing is deleted along the way.
The busy months stay the same price
Solo is $9 a month and Pro is $19. There's no per-photo charge, no shoot count and no overage. The plans differ in seats and storage, so October costs what February does.
Need Lightroom at the end? CullTone writes XMP sidecars with the rating, colour label, reason and develop settings for each photo.
CullTone runs on Macs with Apple silicon; Windows isn't available yet. It's in private beta, and billing isn't live yet.

Other options, briefly
Other tools you may be weighing: Aftershoot Select and Narrative Lite (both $10 a month billed yearly, for culling) and Excire Foto (a one-time licence). For a closer look at the two of us, see FilterPixel compared with CullTone.
Run your next shoot through it
The trial lasts 30 days. Shoot as much as you like.
