The gallery that comes with your cull
In CullTone the client gallery is the last step of the same project. You cull, edit and check the photos, then publish them to your client without exporting or uploading anything twice, and it's all on one plan.
| Plan | Billed yearly | Billed monthly | Photo storage |
|---|---|---|---|
| CullTone Solo | $9, with culling and editing | 25 GB | |
| CullTone Pro | $19, with culling, editing and your own styles | 100 GB | |
| Pic-Time Free | $0 | $0 | 10 GB at first, then 3 GB |
| Pic-Time Beginner | $7 | $8 | 20 GB |
| Pic-Time Professional | $21 | $25 | 100 GB |
| Pic-Time Advanced | $42 | $50 | Unlimited (terms apply) |
Our pick: CullTone. The gallery is part of the same project and the same bill as the cull and the edit, so your client sees finished photos the moment you're happy with them.
What your client gets
In a CullTone gallery, clients mark favourites, approve photos, ask for a redo, comment, and download one photo or a ZIP. You choose whether downloads are on, set an expiry date (six months unless you change it, and you can extend it) and revoke the link whenever you like.
Retouched photos carry an AI-edited label in the gallery and in the file metadata, so nobody has to guess which frames were changed.
Pic-Time in brief
Pic-Time is a gallery, print store and marketing service. Its pricing page lists no culling or editing. Client selections, album proofing and commission-free store sales start on Professional; client selfie search and an automatic album designer are on Advanced, $42 a month billed yearly. The free plan starts at 10 GB and then drops to 3 GB.
Why one project beats two logins
Every photo in the gallery has already been through the cull, the edit and a quality check that flags skin colour shifts and clipped highlights, and because it never left the project, a redo request from your client comes straight back to the same project, ready for you to fix the frame and publish it again.
CullTone's storage covers what a project keeps online: the previews you cull from, the finished JPEGs and the gallery copies. RAW files stay on your Mac and don't count. When a gallery expires, its copies are removed 30 days later to free the space. Your edited photos stay in the project.
Simple to run. CullTone runs on Macs with Apple silicon, and Windows is not available yet. We're in private beta, and billing isn't live. More on client galleries in CullTone.
