A private link and a couple with a heart button
No more matching a bride's screenshots of file names back to your exports. You send one link. The couple opens it on a phone, no account needed, and marks what they love, what they approve and what they'd like changed, and every mark lands on the right photo.
What the couple can do
- Heart their favourites.
- Approve a photo.
- Ask for a redo, with a note saying what to change.
- Comment, with their name if they like.
- Download one photo, or the whole gallery as a ZIP, if you've allowed downloads.
- Filter to favourites, approvals or redo requests.
Light by default, with a dark mode. Your studio name and logo are on it. A "Delivered with CullTone" line shows only if you turn it on.
What you see
Each gallery card counts favourites, approvals, redo requests, comments and downloads. A switch turns downloads on or off whenever you like, and Revoke shuts the link at once. Only photos you approved in the Review step can go in, so a half-finished edit can't slip through.
Photos changed with retouch are labelled as AI-edited in the gallery, and the couple sees that label.
Six months, then the space comes back
A gallery expires six months after you publish it unless you pick another date, and an "Extend 6 months" button appears in its last 30 days. Thirty days after it expires, its files are removed to free your storage. Your edited photos stay in the project, so a first anniversary request is a new gallery away.
Galleries count towards your plan's storage. At the cap, a new gallery waits until you free space or add more, and the galleries already out stay online. No overage charges. Each plan's storage is on the pricing page.
What a gallery has, and what it doesn't yet
A gallery can have a PIN, your studio logo and a watermark, and a view-only gallery never hands out the full-size file. Proofing galleries let the couple pick favourites before you deliver the final one, and every gallery across your projects is on one Galleries page.
A wedding with a haldi, a sangeet and a reception can be one gallery with a tab per event, or a gallery of one event for a sneak peek the next day. Download all can put each event in its own folder.
Every photo a gallery delivers carries your name and copyright notice in its metadata once you set them in Settings, plus your website, email and phone unless you leave the contact details out of that gallery. The camera's own details stay in the file too.
Already edited the wedding somewhere else? A project of finished photos takes your JPEG, PNG or TIFF files as they are and goes straight to galleries, albums and the slideshow, with no cull and no edit.
There is no email when a gallery is ready or about to expire, so you copy the link and send it on WhatsApp, email or however you talk to the couple. There is no print or album store inside the gallery either: if you sell prints from it, you'd probably keep your current gallery service for those clients for now. The roadmap shows what we're working on.
CullTone is in a private beta, and no gallery has gone to a real client yet.
Send a test gallery to yourself
On the trial, approve a few photos, publish a gallery and open the link on your phone. You'll see exactly what a couple sees.
