Say hello, ask anything
The form below is the only way to reach us for now, and a person reads every message. CullTone doesn't send email yet, so no automatic confirmation arrives; our reply comes from one of us, to the address you give.
Save us both a round trip
For a RAW file problem, name the camera model. Sony ARW is the only format we have tested, so a Canon CR3 or Nikon NEF question is useful to us and we may ask you for a sample file.
Asking about beta access as a studio? Say how many weddings or events you shoot in a season, and whether you edit in Lightroom. We are looking for studios that will run a real wedding through CullTone and tell us where it stumbled.
Billing questions are easy for now. Billing isn't live, so nobody is being charged; the pricing page has the plans we intend to charge.
Found a security problem? Choose Privacy as the topic. We have no bug bounty and no separate security address yet.
What we keep from this form
Your name, email address, studio, topic and message, the time, your browser's name, and a scrambled form of your IP address that limits each connection to five messages an hour. We haven't set how long contact messages are kept. The privacy policy covers the rest of CullTone.
