The editor and the gallery on one bill

With CullTone the gallery isn't a second subscription. The same plan that sorts your shoot into Keep, Review and Archive and edits the keepers also hosts the client gallery, so a session goes from memory card to the client's favourites without exporting, re-uploading or paying a separate host.

What your clients see

A gallery built for choosing

Clients mark favourites, approve photos, ask for a redo and leave comments. They download single photos or a ZIP, and you decide whether downloads are on. Galleries last six months by default, you can extend them, and you can revoke a link at any time.

Checked before it goes out

A final check flags skin colour shifts, clipped highlights and size or metadata problems, so the gallery your client opens is the one you meant to send.

And what you get behind it

A cull that explains itself

Every photo gets Keep, Review or Archive with the reason beside it. Bursts from several cameras are grouped. Nothing is deleted.

Looks or your own style

Choose one of 54 looks per project, or on Pro let CullTone learn your style from Lightroom catalogs or XMP files.

Small fixes, free

Paint over a small distraction and it's removed on your Mac at no cost. Larger changes show their price before they run.

Storage, seats and the price

Solo is $9 a month with 25 GB; Pro is $19 with 100 GB and two seats. The trial gives you 2 GB for 30 days. There's no per-photo charge and no overage: at the storage cap, new galleries wait and existing ones stay up.

There's no print store or website builder in CullTone. It runs on Macs with Apple silicon; Windows isn't available yet. It's in private beta, and billing isn't live yet.

Monthly list prices in US dollars. Pixieset figures from its pricing page and Photo Editor page, billed yearly. Checked 18 Oct 2026; prices change.

Other options, briefly

Other gallery hosts you may be weighing: ShootProof, Pic-Time and Aftershoot Galleries. For event studios in India that deliver to guests, there's also Samaro; see Samaro alternatives. The Pixieset and CullTone comparison puts the two of us side by side.
